At the Valle Group, your health and safety are of utmost importance, so we are strictly following the Commonwealth’s safety standards issued by Governor Baker, and continually overseeing that we meet these guidelines. By implementing new protocols relating to the construction site, social distancing, and worker hygiene, we are doing everything possible to keep you and your family safe during the building process.
Oversight Protocols
- We check each worker for signs of illness before starting their day. If someone is sick, they will remain home until cleared to work.
Social Distancing Protocols
- All of our team members will wear face masks and gloves whenever they cannot keep six feet apart and will observe social distancing of six feet or more between the client.
Worker Hygiene Protocols
- Each worker will continually wash their hands and not share beverages or food. When possible, we will have a station on-site for washing hands. If we cannot do this, there will be an abundant supply of hand sanitizer and sterile towels for our workers.
Construction Site Protocols
- The construction site will get sanitized and cleaned daily, and all meetings with the client will be held remotely or outside.
The protocols noted above are required by Massachusetts and are just some of the steps we have taken to minimize the health risks and keep you and our workers safe during the pandemic. If you want to learn more about these protocols, or are interested in working with us, please contact us.
