Hutker Architects

This 6,000-square foot building, originally built in the 1950s, was in complete disrepair. It was stripped and rebuilt into an award-winning office for a firm with 25+ employees. While still maintaining the existing footprint, the entire building underwent a total structural transformation including the retrofit of an old antique pine truss roof system to accommodate modern day codes. The combination of modern design and sustainable reclaimed finishes makes this building iconic.
