Sally’s relationship with our clients really begins at the end of construction. In her role as Customer Care Specialist, Sally is the main point of contact for homeowners settling in to their new homes, additions and re-models. Ready to assist in the transition and committed to resolving any warranty-related issues, Sally’s goal is to ensure that every client remains delighted with the service they receive from The Valle Group. Originally from Pittsburgh, Sally and her husband Mike live in Falmouth where they have raised two children. Before moving to the Cape, she attended Pace University in New York to study art. Prior to joining The Valle Group, she worked for two local lumber companies in accounting. With this experience she brings a wealth of knowledge which has made her transition into construction seamless. In her free time Sally enjoys biking and playing tennis.
